Platinum Press inks industrial lease

Platinum Press Inc. leased 92,561 square feet of industrial space at 920 Avenue R in Grand Prairie from The Realty Associates Fund VIII LP. Frank G. Jester II with NAI Huff Partners represented Platinum Press in the transaction. Holt Lunsford’s Canon Shoults represented the landlord.
